RNTC is a Dutch institute of international education established to make a contribution to development by increasing the informative and educational role of the media in developing countries.
RNTC is a part of Radio Netherlands, the Dutch international broadcasting service, based in Hilversum, the Netherlands. It has offices in the Netherlands, Benin and Costa Rica.
