January, the month of re-sets, building new plans and strategies. As we gear up for the year ahead, the EDGE Webinar series is here to help inspire and provoke. The news headlines of 2018 were testament to the systemic nature of the crises we face. But when we speak about systemic crises and alternatives, the theory can be hard to conceptualize in our practice. What does systemic change philanthropy look like? How do we move forward once we understand the problem(s)?

In this webinar we will introduce the idea of systemic change philanthropy, from the place of practice. A diverse group of funders, each with a distinct history, focus, and funding strategy, will share their journey with systemic change philanthropy. This will not be a presentation of perfected examples, but a roundtable discussion to share different funder’s journeys with systemic change philanthropy, including the road bumps and twists they have encountered along the way.
