DISARM-L provides discussions of military and political strategy, technology, sociology, and popular peace activism involved in accelerating disarmament of nuclear, conventional, chemical, and biological weapons. Also, discussion of other destabilising actions such as superpower intervention and exploitation of the Third World. Soviet, European, Asiatic and Latin American participants are welcomed.
