The Lebanon Valley Economic Development Corporation (LVEDC) is a not-for-profit regional economic development organisation that works with area businesses and the community at large to strengthen existing business and create an environment in which new companies can flourish. Funded and staffed in 1984, the LVEDC works “to create and to stimulate a local economy which provides gainful employment and business investment opportunities not only for the current generation but for generations to come”.

The LVEDC has assisted Bayer Corporation, Schott Pharmaceutical Packaging and General Mills with their recent expansion efforts, has continued to market Lebanon County to outside investors and new companies and has provided incentives to companies looking to relocate or expand in Lebanon County.

The LVEDC provides a wide variety of services designed to assist existing businesses and find solutions for their economic needs:
