Future Harvest is an initiative of 16 scientific research centers around the world that work to promote food security, protect the environment, and eliminate poverty. Future Harvest commissions scientific studies on agriculture and its relationship to the environment, economic growth, violent conflict, public health and world population. It enlists high-profile public figures as advocates and educates the public about the importance of agricultural research in meeting human and environmental challenges.
