The Asian and Pacific Development Centre (APDC) is an autonomous inter-governmental regional institution for development policy research, training, experience-exchange, information dissemination and consultancy/advisory services. It is conceived as an institution for advanced development studies, to inform policy making suited to the specific needs of the Asian and Pacific region.
