The RFLC is an internet portal that is specifically focused on supporting capacity building in organisations seeking to enhance the effective provision of financial services in rural areas. This Centre aims to provide resources and training materials for practitioners, policy-makers, advisers and donors to use for capacity building. It also collates resources, examples and experiences from around the world and to be used for individual study and to improve workshops or training courses in rural finance.
