ODII (Organizing for Development) is a training in consultancy organisation. ODII helps clients discover and use the full potential available to them, both from internal and external resources of information, relationships and technology. ODII trains its clients through action learning. ODII organizes conferences and workshops that address issues of development using holistic organisng processes to achieve goals. ODII uses action research to increase its understanding of the relationships between the individual, the group and the whole.
