Mary Joy Aid Through Development was founded in Ethiopia in 1994 with a vision to see poverty free society. The organisation targets disadvantaged community members such as children under difficult circumstances (Street children, AIDS orphans, School drop out children and vulnerable children), women, and youth. The working areas of the organization are: health and HIV/AIDS, education and social promotion, micro-credit for poor women, skill training, infrastructure and capacity building for community-based organizations.
