(a) Library: Collection on Southeast Asia, especially older Indonesia and Malaysia materials. Coverage in online catalogue from 1963 onwards, but most post 1963 material is now collected by the KITLV library (see separate entry). The catalogue includes materials held in the South Asian collection kept physically in the Kern Institute Library and the collection of the Van Vollenhoven Institute for Law and Administration in Non-Western Countries.
