Landrightswatch.net is a website discussing issues around land rights and the formalisation of land rights, particularly in response to the “formalisation of the informal sector” thesis put forward by economist Hernando de Soto.
There are a good number of documents available for download on the issue, some with regional relevance. Some documents are available in Norwegian, Spanish and Portugese.
