The WWW site includes 240 full text documents of training and technical publications (from publishers including FAO, CIRAD and GTZ), country profiles, crop profiles (main focus on Cereals and Grains, Fruits and Vegetables, Oil seeds, Roots and Tubers). Also you find various interactive tools such as a cookbook, an image gallery, a galery of traditional storage facilities, a who’s who, a post harvest compendium and a link database. INPhO publishes a monthly news-Letter and runs a question and answer service.
