The ICT4D Collaboratory is a public enterprise established by the ASEAN Foundation (AF) with the support from the International Development Research Centre (IDRC), to empower digital, social, and economic development initiated by national, regional and donor agencies in the Asia Pacific region, through human resource development in ICTs. Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) is the foundation underpinning the ICT4D Collaboratory’s programme and success.
ICT4D carries on some of the work of the former Pan Asia Networking (PAN) program of the International Development Research Centre (IDRC)
