HELIO International is an independent, international network of energy analysts who carry out evaluations of national energy policies and inform decision-makers about their effectiveness. They also analyse and advise on ecodevelopment and climate stabilisation.
HELIO’s core activity is Sustainable Energy Watch (SEW). SEW’s objective is to measure progress towards sustainable energy and development practices nationally, regionally and globally. Other projects that HELIO is involved in include: South South North, Capacity Strengthening of Least Developed Countries for Adaptation to Climate Change (CLACC), Global Reporting Initiative, among others.
