The Fundación Paraguaya is a non-profit civil society organisation that provides support to entrepreneurship through self-sufficient education and loan programmes. The Fundación Paraguaya runs four inter-related programmes:
- micro-finance: loans to micro-enterprises generally excluded from the financial system
- junior achievement: introducing the world of business to young people
- self-sufficient organic agriculture-livestock school: training for young rural farmers
- incubator of businesses and entrepreneurs: for young people who wish to start up businesses
