CREI has developed into an independent think tank attempting to influence policy on economic and political reforms related to the land, housing and real estate sectors, which shape urban (re)development processes, dissemination of knowledge and information, as well as in public and proprietary strategic research. CREI focusses primarily on promoting institution-building aimed at “civilizing” and bringing order to land, housing and real estate markets. CREI interprets international experiences relevant to Poland’s move to a more market-oriented economy and transatlantic sphere. The website is in Polish.
