Independent research institute carrying out applied research, advisory services, training and dialogue and exchange on poverty related development issues in Sri Lanka. It currently works within three programme areas:
- Poverty and Conflict (PAC)
- Poverty Assessment & Information Management(PAM)
- Poverty Impact Monitoring (PIM)
Runs library and sells publications. Publications list available online. Tables of contents and sample chapters/conclusions available online for all CEPA publications.
