The Centre for Judicial Studies (CJS) is an internationally-respected independent specialist in legal/judicial development and reform.
CJS provides services to courts, government legal agencies, universities, law firms and major donors around the world.
The Centre consults extensively around the world, working with numerous international agencies such as the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the United Nations Development Programme, (UNDP), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID).
The Centre also consults to many leading institutions in the Australian legal sector including courts and tribunals, the Australian Law Reform Commission, HREOC, the Judicial Commission, national law firms, law societies and bar associations, the Aboriginal Legal Service, university law schools, and legal practice courses.
