Current projects are on AIDS law; constitutional law; gender research; labour economy and development; land rights; and law and transformation. It also runs a documentation centre with information on human rights, AIDS/HIV, competition law, constitutional law, gender law, labour law, land law, media law, trade law and various other journals and articles related to the Centre’s projects. The Centre’s publications include the South African Journal on Human Rights.
