The toolkit provides resources across a wide range of topics, including: accounting and finance; business planning; human resources; legal and insurance issues; marketing and sales; operations; technology; women entrepreneurs; and customer service.
The mission of IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, is to promote sustainable private sector investment in developing countries as a way to reduce poverty and improve people’s lives.
