The main objective of the IDRiM Journal is to promote knowledge transfer and dissemination of information on all aspects of integrated disaster risk management. The journal seeks to promote:
- success models for implementation of integrated disaster risk management and comparative case studies
- innovative countermeasures for disaster risk reduction
- interdisciplinary research and education in real-world localities, varying in geographic, climatic, political, cultural and social systems.
IDRiM also explores implementation science for disaster reduction.
