Produces irregular monthly “Development Express” with a major topic commissioned by CIDA. The intent is to facilitate learning by providing reader access to consolidated information from significant works on critical topics and issues related to international development. Usually articles appearing in the Development Express are condensed versions of papers prepared by people with relevant expertise in the subject area. The authors are not restricted to CIDA employees.
