English language publication aiming to improve the flow of information to and between international development agencies funding or implementing work in China. It is published by China Development Research Services. Issues cover development and welfare in China, including the fields of rural development and poverty alleviation, reproductive health, primary health care, gender, education, environment, disability, child welfare and disaster relief. The site includes back issues of the quarterly magazine. Future issues will be uploaded three months after the hard copy publication date. Print copies available on subscription. Also included in the site is a notice board with brief details of upcoming events – conferences, seminars, publications, etc. and job adverts- relevant to social development in China.
