<p>The Ministry of Strategy and Finance of the Republic of Korea (MOSF) and The Secretary of National Planning and Development Strategy(SENPLADES) of Ecuador have launched a new program of cooperation, the Knowledge Sharing Program KSP. This program provides technical assistance by sending professional teams from the Center for International Economic Studies of Korea, to help with the successful implementation of national development through the sharing of the development experiences of Korea. During Korean consultants' visit to Ecuador in July 2010, SENPLADES and CIES came up with an agreement on the agenda and activities of this particular project.</p>
<p>This report is based on the following activities as agreed by both parties</p>
<ul>
<li>To elaborate a study and research about topics and national priorities of Ecuador in industrialization policies and export promotion strategy</li>
<li>To organize and realize an expert's workshop about industrialization policies and Ecuadorian export promotion strategy</li>
<li>Visit of Ecuadorian experts to Korea and their participation in the experts' workshop on industrialization and strategy and Ecuadorian export promotion policies</li>
<li>To organize a dissemination seminar of the final report.</li>
</ul>
<p>The central objective of this project is to provide the Ecuadorian government a report entitled, "Policy Recommendation for Ecuador: Export Promotion, Industrialization and Capacity Building ."</p>
