WWW server based at the University of Kassel. Designed to provide access to information on ecological monitoring (including simulation models, simulation software, people and publications).
Information products include:
(a) Register of ecological models (REM): a directory searchable by model name and subject.
(b) Documentation on mathematical formulations of ecological processes (ECOBAS): searchable database of mathematical descriptions, including data on limits of validity and links between different processes within a hierarchy
(c) Information about simulation software (SIM-INFO): links to information on different software packages
