UNSW ATRC and NHRL is a multi-disciplinary research group. The Natural Hazards Research Laboratory (NHRL) houses research expertise in a Coupled Human-Environment Systems approach to natural hazards. The key areas of research are focused on climatic and tectonic-related hazards with a particular emphasis on tsunamis through the UNSW Australian Tsunami Research Centre (ATRC).
