The International Network on Conflict and Fragility aims to be a decision-making forum which brings together governments and international organisations in order to support peacebuilding as well as effective and legitimate state institutions in the world’s most challenging development situations.
INCAF seeks to help donors, international organisations and partner countries to respond to conflict and fragility by working on cutting-edge policy and programming and by acting as a dialogue facilitator between donors and partner countries.
