Skillshare International works to reduce poverty, injustice and inequality and to further economic and social development in partnership with people and communities in Africa and Asia. It works in partnership with local organisations in South Africa, Botswana, Swaziland, Mozambique, Namibia, Lesotho, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and India.
Skillshare International recruits development workers and health trainers to share their skills and expertise with partner organisation, usually on one to two-year placements. They work together with individuals and communities building on existing local knowledge, developing the abilities and confidence of their colleagues.
