The Legal and Judicial Reform Practice Group is a specialised unit of the Legal Vice Presidency of the World Bank. It helps client countries build better legal and judicial systems by coordinating with other members of the World Bank Group, local stakeholders, and other international and non-governmental organisations. Its members serve as technical specialists and team leaders. The Judicial Reform Practice Group also offers advisory services to client countries and the Bank’s regional offices on designing, managing, implementing, and evaluating legal and judicial reform activities and projects.

Its website offers a number of resources grouped in four categories:

  • World Bank activities: information on the Bank’s projects by region
  • resources: contains relevant publications, links to other tools and resources available on the Internet, discussions, and conferences and events, among others.
