Kabissa is a non-profit capacity-building organisation that seeks to further democratic change and social justice in Africa by providing a space on the internet for the African non-profit sector. Elligible non-profits get free membership accounts, including standard e-mail mailboxes, FTP accounts, web space, mailing lists, and more. Low-cost Internet Domain Hosting on Kabissa is available to all.
Kabissa members are promoted through the Kabissa Member Directory, and they engage in internet advocacy and information exchange through their own Newsletters, Networks, Discussion Conferences and Working Groups hosted on Kabissa and a weekly newsletter.
