ESE is an initiative of Opus Dei , a Personal Prelature of the Roman Catholic Church with activities on every continent. IESE believes that companies are communities of people and management should be centered around people: how to deal with people, how to create a context for professional and personal development, how to create powerful teams, and how to develop and sustain trust in personal relationships. The ethical and moral values the School draws from are based on the Christian tradition, a perspective that has been at the roots of social and human progress all over the world.
