Mr. Tommy Mansson (Deputy Director, Environmental Advisory Council, Swedish Department of Environment) is in the process [July 94] of launching the International ECOCITY Electronic Network which will have a strong focus on issues faced by cities in developing countries. He will also establish formal links for the ECOCITY network with OECD’s “Ecological City” project as well as HABITAT II
