Formed from two former OECD departments (the Centre for Co-operation with the Economies in Transition, CCET, and the Liaison and Co-ordination Unit LCU), the Centre for Co-operation with Non-Members aims to promote policy discussion between OECD and non-member countries. Produces OECD-CCNM Labour Market Database, a co-operative effort between the OECD and the national statistical offices of Bulgaria , the Czech Republic, Hungary, Latvia, Poland, Romania, the Russian Federation, the Slovak Republic and Slovenia. Labour Market Indicators annex is now available on the WWW site.

WWW site includes briefings on non-member countries, publication summaries with some included in full-text (PDF format), full -text of the newletter Transition Brief.
