Database of bibliographic references, including abstracts, to the world’s literature on the science, technology, and management of the marine, brackishwater, and freshwater environments including their socioeconomic and legal aspects. Input is provided by a network of information centres, covering papers from over 5,000 serial publications as well as books, reports, conference proceedings, etc. Over 525,000 references accessioned since 1971 are included (c3000 new references are added to the database each month).
