ECPA was established by the President of the United States of America in 2009; other member countries are Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Mexico, Peru and Trinidad and Tobago. The partnership’s initiatives and projects are focused on energy efficiency, renewable energy, cleaner and more efficient use of fossil fuels, energy poverty and infrastructure.
