(a) trade information, primarily to support Canadian exporters. Data includes full-text information on how to apply for tenders from multilateral agencies (Asian Development Bank, World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, African Development Bank, Caribbean Development Bank): the gopher site includes additional some supporting/programme information on these Banks. Also includes country-by country overviews of trade patterns of importing countries (mostly in a Canadian context), plus other contact/trade promotion materials.
(b) sustainable development: information on Canada’s international and domestic policies.
