A global initiative launched by Southern NGOs (SNGOs) from Asia-Pacific, Africa and Latin America in an effort to focus on key future priorities of capacity building for SNGOs to enhance their effectiveness in addressing issues of poverty, marginalisation, democratisation and strengthening of civil society, human rights and sustainable human development.
