The Centre for African Family Studies (CAFS) is an African institution dedicated to strengthening the capacities of organisations and individuals working in the field of population and development, and reproductive health in order to contribute to improving the quality of life of families in sub-Saharan Africa.
CAFS conducts courses and provides research and consultancy services from its headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya and its regional office in Lomé, Togo. It also conducts operations research, community surveys and applied research focusing on the African family.
