The International Institute on Governance (IIG) is a non-profitmaking Catalan organization with an international outlook and a special interest in Latin America. It produces, manages, and disseminates knowledge that can be used to help bring about sustainable human development through democratic governance.
The IIG offers its services to local, regional and state governmental organizations; supranational and multilateral intergovernmental organizations; agents co-operating to bring about development; political, economic, and social leaders, organizations and movements; and social mass media. The Institute has developed an Information and Knowledge Management System applied on Governance.
Website is available in Spanish, Catalan and English. It contains extensive online resources concerning governance and human rights with particuar reference to Latin America
