The Yuchengco Center for East Asia has the objective of contributing to the greater awareness and deeper understanding of the Asia-Pacific region. The Center undertakes academic and policy research, and sponsors seminars and conferences on the economies, political systems and foreign relations of China, Japan and Korea. It is also mandated to conduct research, training and seminars on APEC, ASEM and ASEAN. Monographs and books are also published by the Center.
