Curatio International Foundation (CIF) is a non-governmental organisation based the Republic of Georgia and operating in a number of countries. The organisation was founded with the mandate to support the reforms in the health, social and education sectors. Since establishment, the organisation has implemented various projects and carried out research, which contributed to reforms in the health sector of Georgia.
CIF staff involvement in the recent health care reforms in Georgia, lie particularly in the areas of assisting the government in:
- designing the Primary Health Care (PHC) reform strategies and implementation plan
- Hospital Sector Restructuring
- Health Care Financing.
Currently, in cooperation with major donor organisations and implementing partners CIF is implementing number of research projects to provide strategy design to the government of Georgia in health accounting, financing and management.
