Web site is intended to provide a focus and a central location for those who are looking for ideas, definitions, lessons learned, approaches, resources or operational tools on capacity for development issues.

The site is organised around three topics:

  • capacity development in Canadian development cooperation
  • related documents
  • sites of interest
Resources include: a thematic bibliography, with links to full-text materials where available; CIDA’s Capacity Development Tool Kit – most of the documents in the Tool Kit are available electronically and there is also a reader’s guide and annotated table of contents.
