PURC hosts the PURC/World Bank International Training Program on Utility Regulation and Strategy. In addition, PURC it organizes in-country training courses in Argentina, China, Moldova, Panama, Peru, South Africa and other nations. Affiliated researchers have made nearly 100 infrastructure papers available on the web. PURC received the World Bank President’s Award for Excellence (2002) for support of the infrastructure regulators team.
