Tegemeo is a policy research center that addresses policy relevant issues in agriculture and natural resources. It provides research useful to various stakeholders in the Kenyan agricultural sectors including the government, the private sector, civil society, and university academia. Tegemeo undertakes empirical research and analysis of recent agricultural policy issues, and ensures dissemination of findings through conferences, seminars, stakeholder workshops and electronic media.
Tegemeo Institute organises conferences on policy relevant issues in agriculture as well as fellowship and internship programmes. It also periodically produces publications, some of which are available online. These products include:
