The Journal of Ecological Anthropology is a peer-reviewed interdisciplinary forum for innovative exploration of the interface between humans and their sociocultural and biophysical environments. Subject areas include, but are not limited to, human population ecology, historical ecology, evolution of human ecosystems, anthropology of development and conservation, ethnobiology and comparative indigenous knowledge systems, ecology of health and nutrition, paleoecology, complex systems, primate socioecology, and information ecology.
