Global Humanitarian Assistance is an independent project, established in 1999 by Development Initiatives, to monitor funding for humanitarian action.
GHA aims to provide statistics and analysis which can help agencies (governmental, multilateral and non-governmental) engaged in humanitarian action to use available resources as effectively as possible in responding to need.
