The What Works Clearinghouse (WWC) (http://www.whatworks.ed.gov/) is a US Department of Education service that reports on the effectiveness of e-Learning software products for K-12 schools in the US. The service checks whether the evaluation studies of learning achievement meet their standards for evidence, before accepting the results – in other words they check whether the studies were statistically valid.
