Wahenga.net is the official website of the Regional Hunger and Vulnerability Programme (RHVP). RHVP is about promoting change. Changing the way the livelihoods of the most vulnerable in southern Africa are understood and supported. RHVP wants to change mindsets, practice and policy to ensure that the chronic vulnerability that southern African countries are experiencing year on year is reduced.
