The virtual reference library is a public source. It can be used by anyone interested in studying bureaucracies in a comparative perspective. Furthermore, the library is designed as a collaboratively edited reference project, i.e., users can add new entries and upload new documents. Users are invited to broaden the scope of available references and include relevant sources that have previously been omitted. Those users who are willing to participate in network activities on a regular basis are invited to join our network and participate in deciding strategies for its further development.
