(b) Medplus: Available free on (free) registration as Medplus on Medscape WWW (from 1966 onwards) http://www.medscape.com

(c) BioMedNet offers an Evaluated Medline service (with Medline records linked to full text articles form major journals (a fee is charged for each full-text article downloaded), selected citation links and evaluation/recommendations made by experts. Registration (free) is required: database access is then free. Data from 1966 onwards http://research.bmn.com/medline

(d) as a commercial online database (via Dialog (file 154 (1985 onwards), 155 (complete)), STN, Questel, NLM).
